Objectives:
1. Understand why systematic capturing of operational experiences and lessons learned is critical for more effective service delivery
2. Understand which operational knowledge is critical to be documented
3. Select appropriate and relevant techniques and tools to identify, capture, validate and format operational experiences and lessons learned to produce knowledge assets
4. Become a first group of knowledge workers to systematically document solutions for learning and scaling up
Outputs:
* Knowledge assets for each of the working groups in the form of a) PDF/flyer, b) presentation and/or c) video clips
* Establish a commitment to develop a specific number of knowledge assets
* Action plan to scale up knowledge capturing
