Nairobi City County has information for purpose of sharing and learning since 2003 when by them the NARC Government took power.

Most of these achievements were actualized through the 100 day Rapid Results Initiative, Performance contract, institutionational transformation, stakeholders engagement etc.

Knowledge sharing will help us to learn from other counties equally they learn from us as we have big projects to showcase.

Knowledge is power and the sooner we recognize the truth of it in our everyday working and personal lives the better. However
knowledge gained but never shared has no use. Our motto should therefore be "KNOWLEDGE SHARED IS POWER"

Peer learning in the context of county governments is the use of experiential information from one county by other county governments to develop solutions to identified service delivery challenges. It is based on regular documentation of county government function implementation initiatives, particularly innovative practices and lessons and sharing the information on various platforms, including the Council of Governors and county government websites.
