Free medical services provided by the medical cover is also expected to ensure that both expectant mothers and newborns get the needed services during, before and after birth. Residents from other households who can afford their personal health cover will not be able to register for this free insurance however, the County in an effort to fight poverty and improve health quality has encouraged them to acquire cheaper medical insurance.
